How many people can I invite?
A family group has one group manager and up to five additional family members, for a total of six people.
Does everyone need a paid subscription?
No. Family Sharing is tied to the group manager subscription. If that subscription is active, family members get access through that plan.
What can family members see?
Family members can see the workspaces and budgets that belong to other people in the group, including envelope balances, accounts, transactions, and budget context. Only invite people you trust with that information.
Can I remove someone later?
Yes. The group manager can remove members or revoke pending invites. Removing someone ends shared family access, but it does not delete that person's account.
Can someone be in more than one family group?
No. A person can only belong to one family group at a time, which keeps shared financial access clear.
